Artis partners the SSAT to offer a creative transition programme called Mind the Gap that helps ease Year 6s into the start of secondary school.

Artis is a remarkable organisation. Their skilled and well-trained performers are passionate about the creative arts and working with young people. What makes Artis special is the quality control of their services and their fundamental understanding of education and the national curriculum.

Royal Northern College of Music

Artis is a Professional Partner of the Royal Northern College of Music (RNCM). This encompasses the accreditation of our Postgraduate Diploma in Performing Arts Leadership (PGDip PAL), the support of trained musicians to acquire new skills beyond performance, the sharing of best practice and the diversification of the curriculum.

The RNCM is very proud of its relationship with Artis, which is unique in the HE sector and geared towards the provision of quality artistic experience for school children on a systematic and regular basis. The RNCM is the validating body for the Postgraduate Diploma programme that Artis runs for its Specialists and we have been impressed by Artis’ commitments to these educators and their students: we wholeheartedly endorse the extensive network of high-quality learning activities they have been building up around the UK.

Verbier Festival

Artis partners The Verbier Festival each summer to deliver a bilingual creative programme for the children of festival-goers.

The Verbier Festival is an international music festival that takes place annually for 2 weeks in late July and early August in the mountain resort of Verbier, Switzerland. It attracts international soloists such as Evgeny Kissin and Martha Argerich and offers a unique opportunity to see some of the greatest names in classical music in one of the most beautiful places on earth.

The team from Artis brought a fantastic and new energy to our Discovery programme in Verbier this summer. Their creative and innovative ways of working with young people were incredible, very popular and we’re very much looking forward to creating a long-lasting relationship with them.

National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts

NESTA (National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts) partnered Artis in the initial development of the creative curriculum. NESTA is the largest single endowment in the UK exclusively devoted to innovation. They invest in early-stage companies, inform and shape policy, and deliver practical programmes that inspire others to solve the big challenges of the future.

NESTA's support enabled Artis to develop our ground-breaking curriculum that puts creativity at the heart of lessons. Their contribution is greatly appreciated and acknowledged by everyone at Artis.
